The Ethereum Foundation has announced the planned shutdown of the Holesky Testnet following the Fusaka upgrade. Validator nodes will begin shutting down approximately two weeks after activation, and Holesky will no longer be supported.
This change does not affect mainnet operations. Developers using the Holesky native asset ETH_TEST6 should migrate their testing environments to the Hoodi (native asset: ETH_TEST_HOODI) or Sepolia (native asset: ETH_TEST5) testnets.
The Fireblocks team plans to deprecate Holesky and all corresponding tokens on October 31, 2025, in alignment with the Holesky shutdown. Further updates will be provided as we approach the deprecation date.
